2. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Green Valley Vista.
Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking.
A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the booking method.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
Any additional charges (food, transport, etc.) must be settled before check-out.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur one night’s room charge.
No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are requested to maintain peace and avoid any disturbance to others.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Damage to property, misuse of amenities, or any unlawful activity will result in penalties and possible eviction without refund.

6. Liability

Green Valley Vista is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
The hotel is not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking will be used only for reservation and guest service purposes.
We do not share guest information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
